 Mini excel with transfer software

This is mini excel from Simprit. The company have gone bankrupt long ago. But, this software remained and it's the only software that is capable a transferring & editing .xls files for a feature phone. Also note that this version supports 97-2000 excel version of files.

I am providing the complete working package of the same  .
I personally use it to edit and transfer my excel files in my Sony Hazel J20i. 
All the instructions have been provided in the 'pdf' & 'readme' files.
There are two part of the program. One is the jar file that run in the mobile. The other one is the connection manager that should be run in the Laptop or computer through 'cmd' prompt. You would need to put the correct 'ip address' in the server option on your mobile phone which you would need to check from your desktop/laptop and then you would be able to see & edit files both ways.
